9 Deuce
This movie always gets lost in the horror shuffle rather unfairly I feel. Unfortunately, I don’t remember this movie all too well, aside from knowing I have seen it a few times, and I liked it every time. By the way, we’re doing the full trilogy today. I gotta get my numbers up. This movie […]
Time to go a few years back, to a simpler time, when birds were scary. Yeah, I don’t really know what to expect but I had this and Psycho. So deal with it, and let’s hope for the best. I am kinda looking forward to this. Alfred doesn’t let us down, his lead actress is […]
The music is great right off the bat. It starts off feeling tense. That’s great. I love this film. I have to thank my ex-girlfriend Rachel for showing me this. It’s one of my fonder memories of our time together. This movie starts on December 11th, which I call bullshit on. I was born on […]
This got a 5.9 and is one of those 80’s slashers I never got around to watching. Sounds like a good way to wrap up my evening. And better yet, this will put me back on pace to only have to watch 3 horror films a night the rest of the month to reach the […]
Let’s just tackle this one. I have no expectation of this being good at all. We start off and the year is 1973, and we are 20 miles away from Gatlin, Nebraska. This movie does have Billy Drago and Duane Whitaker, who we saw in Feast earlier this month. Anyway, so this soldier comes home […]
This film has a high rating of a movie I may like, over 4 stars, and Fred Dekker, the guy who directed Monster Squad, is also directing this. It was made in 1986. And then here’s the synopsis via IMDB. Alien brain parasites, entering humans through the mouth, turn their host into a killing zombie. […]
This movie is from the 70’s and it’s one of David Cronenberg’s first films. He directed The Fly, A History of Violence, and Eastern Promises. Here’s the synopsis from IMDB. The residents of a suburban high-rise apartment building are being infected by a strain of parasites that turn them into mindless, sex-crazed fiends out to […]
Just know that I have unfortunately seen this movie. Just know that they replaced a relatively likable female lead in the original with this overly emotional, mouthy black bitch who dresses like a whoooore. She ruins this movie. She is one of the worst characters I have ever seen. You instantly want her dead. If […]
Here we go, a movie by John Carpenter starring Rowdy Roddy Piper and Keith David, along with Meg Foster. The movie is sill, but it’s all in good fun. This movie came out in 1988, Piper’s hair is amazing. He is a drifter looking for work. He finds work on a construction site. David Keith […]
Hey, a made for TV movie on SYFY. Why am I watching it? Jaime Pressly of My Name is Earl and Joe Dirt fame? Heck yeah! Tobin Bell of Saw fame? Hell yeah! Stone Cold Steve Austin of stomping a mudhole and walking it dry because Austin 3:16 said I just whipped your ass fame? […]
