9 Deuce
I saw this while working, and I liked it, a few years ago. Let’s see how it holds up. We meet JT and Rickie, 2 high school guys. The guy who plays Rickie was in the Evil Dead remake. Rick wants a chick named Joann, and these guys are skipping school. May as well go […]
This was my alternate for the last film this year. I’m very impressed by it. I have the special edition blu ray. Just a great little film. I hope that you enjoy. We start off with Amelia in what appears to be a car accident. Her husband is next to her, and she sees lights […]
One of the first movies I saw as a kid at the movie theater. Stay Puft is an all-time favorite for a white pasty man. I’m excited. We start off at the NY Public Library. The librarian goes to put away books, we see a few books floating behind her. The walks past the card […]
Chris chose this for the 9 Deuce Horror Group for October 2018. Him and I go in depth and analyze this very fun NetFlix film. ____________________________________________________ Why was Luke the one who was marked? Chris: Guilt and Fear. He felt guilty that his fear kept him from helping Rob made him susceptible to the […]
Why did nobody tell me how much fun this movie was? I am disappointed in my friends. This has a solid cast and feels like the first two as far as the script, cast, and ton. The story incorporates a world of millennials doing millennial things. We meet Sidney’s cousin, Jill (played by the great […]
I remember the first time I saw this. I rented it from Video World in Gloversville and watched it in my buddy, Eric’s basement, along with Ryan and possibly someone else. To be honest, I don’t know how this was the pick as neither was known to be big horror fans. Probably did it just […]
I would argue that this is the most loaded cast in horror movie history. Look at this list of actors: Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Courtney Cox, Jamie Kennedy, Jerry O’Connell, Timothy Olyphant, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Liev Schreiber, Laurie Metcalf, Duane Martin, Jada Pinkett, Omar Epps, Rebecca Gayheart, Portia De Rossi, Luke Wilson, Heather Graham, Tori […]
I have already reviewed Scream in the past, but I felt compelled to watch it again before taking on the full franchise so everything was fresh in my memory. I’m going to copy and paste what I wrote before, maybe add some notes, but I went pretty in depth. Spoilers ahead. Please enjoy. First off, […]
I saw this recommended on The Strangers: Prey At Night IMDB page. I didn’t like that movie but felt compelled to try this one. The premise was solid. I will say that I made a wise decision. The story starts off with Pauline and her two daughters, Beth and Vera. Beth is an aspiring horror […]
As you can guess, this film is about the very first Purge in US history. It gives you some insight on how things started. This is about how the government funded the first Purge. They offered money to people to release their anger and record it using these special contact lenses. This started as a […]
