9 Deuce
I haven’t ever seen any of the sequels to The Exorcist, but with Scott Wilson’s passing today, I had to try to find something to honor him with. I had heard great things about this film. I have also heard terrible things about Part 2, which I will have to watch at some point. I […]
I found out that Scott Wilson was in this one and had to give it a try. This is a Korean film, and since this site appears to be popular in Korea, I hope that they enjoy this review. This isn’t a horror film by today’s standards, but it is a monster movie, so that […]
This film came out 16 years after Book of Shadows. I had read that it was well received at the film festival. Well, don’t trust film festivals because they are filled with pompous assholes. Lesson learned, right? Let’s get down to business and discuss the plot and try to get through this as quick as […]
This movie has been considered one of the worst horror sequels ever. I get it. There is a lot to dislike here. I haven’t seen this since it first came out on video. I remember thinking it was a mess then, and I still think it’s a mess, but it does offer some positives that […]
Let’s talk about a truly divisive film. I think this is a film that is either loved or hated. As time goes by, it gets more and more hate. So let me be clear, if you weren’t alive when this came out, you may not get it. That doesn’t make it bad. You just weren’t […]
The sequel to 2009’s The Collector. Marcus Dunstan was back to direct and Josh Stewart was back to play Arkin. We have a different actor for both The Collector and for Arkin’s wife, Lisa. Randall Archer dons the Collector mask in this one while Navi Rawat plays the role of Lisa. Let me guide you […]
I have kept my eye on this film for a while. It has been in some lists of horror to watch. On top of that, it stars Dominic Monaghan, who was in “I Sell The Dead” with the great Larry Fessenden. This is directed by Carles Torrens, who directed Apartment 143 and apparently did a […]
The Collector came in right at the height of the torture genre. This isn’t a torture film really, but the death traps, and the guy who made it had ties to the Saw franchise. All of this becomes obviously clear early on. That’s where I want to focus. Early on, they tell a nice story, […]
Guilty pleasure alert. This is the type of film I could watch over and over. Before I get talking about the film, you should know it stars Jeremy Sisto and Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit fame. I have never been a fan of Fred’s, but I must admit, he was a good actor in this. […]
I was eating some pizza and I came across this film and thought that this had to be watched. As a lot of you know, I am a pizza fanatic, naturally, I was curious about a horror flick about pizza. This is an Indian film, so hello subtitles. The beginning was a little bit of […]
